"What is the Semitonis Online Way?"

ATTENDANCE:
Students are required to attend all scheduled lessons punctually.
MATERIALS AND RESOURCES NEEDED:
Students must come prepared to all lessons, e.g. have their own books, stationery, resources, exemplars, laptops, etc. (see programme requirements)
BORROWED MATERIAL AND RESOURCES:
All library material and resources borrowed must be returned in good order and on time.
CONCERTS AND EVENTS
Students must attend events, such as LSC, IQN, and recitals/concerts as arranged.
FEES 
All fees must be paid on time or as arranged before lessons (including 'trial' lessons) start. An automated late fee of up to 5% will be charged 2 days after the invoice's due date.
CANCELLATION
The notice period for any cancellation of lessons/sessions is 48 hours (2 days' notice) No refund for any cancellation of lessons (or series) will be considered outside the notice period. Cancellation and administration fees could be charged for unjustified early termination of lesson contracts.
CATCH-UP LESSONS
Students may request catch-up lessons in consultation with the Teacher.

Please read notices and announcements regularly on our website and SOL Community News.
MPD SYSTEM
All students are required to continue using MPD electronic system for musical instrument lessons. All MPD's need to be updated before weekly classes.
ASSESSMENTS
All assessment work needs to be completed on or before the due dates.
VIDEOS AND PHOTOS
As part of ongoing marketing and advertising of Semitonis services, student videos and photos may be used with their respective and parent permission.
STUDENT FEEDBACK SURVEY
As part of our policy of continuous improvement of services and programmes delivery, all registered students need to complete an electronic Student Feedback Survey annually.

Regular communication with parents and students is through SOL Community News. Check the website regularly for updated notices and events.
