GUITAR TUTOR/TEACHER
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Guitar Teacher based in Auckland, New Zealand. The Guitar Teacher will be responsible for providing personalized face-to-face guitar instruction at our Tower Studio to students of various skill levels, teaching the fundamentals of music theory, and creating lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs. This position allows for a combination of in-person teaching and remote work. Additional responsibilities may include assisting students in preparing for performances or examinations and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guitar Instruction and Music, with the ability to teach students of various levels
- Strong knowledge of Music Theory and experience in Music Education
- Additional proficiency in Piano is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability in teaching methods
- Relevant certifications or a background in music education is advantageous
